Where i918kiss identifies multiple Accounts held by the same individual — whether identified by matching personal details, IP address, device fingerprint, payment method, or any other indicator — i918kiss reserves the right to immediately suspend all associated Accounts, void any pending withdrawals from duplicate Accounts, and permanently ban the Player.
All information provided during the Account registration process must be accurate, complete, and truthful. i918kiss may request supporting documentation to verify the identity, age, and payment method of any Player at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in Account suspension or termination.
Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their Account credentials, including username and password. i918kiss strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA), using a unique password not shared with any other service, and logging out from shared or public devices. i918kiss will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to an Account caused by a Player's failure to maintain adequate security of their credentials.
Players must not share Account access with any third party, including family members. Each Account is strictly personal to the registered holder. Transactions made through an Account are deemed to be authorised by the registered Account holder regardless of who actually executed them.
i918kiss implements KYC procedures in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering requirements. Players may be required to provide government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method prior to processing withdrawals or at any other time at i918kiss's discretion. Withdrawals may be withheld pending successful KYC verification.
i918kiss accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX bank transfer (including Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, Hong Leong Bank), and USDT cryptocurrency. The minimum deposit amount is RM 30 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method. Deposit limits may be subject to change at i918kiss's discretion.
i918kiss does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the Player's own name. Deposits funded from accounts belonging to third parties may be frozen pending investigation and returned to source.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible. i918kiss aims to process withdrawal requests within the timeframes stated in the platform's payment information section, subject to satisfactory completion of any applicable KYC verification and wagering requirements on Bonus Funds.
i918kiss reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly where the withdrawal amount is large, the account is newly registered, or account activity suggests unusual patterns. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 unless otherwise stated.

Bonus Funds credited to a Player's Account are subject to Wagering Requirements as specified in the applicable promotion terms. i918kiss reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already opted into a promotion prior to any modification will be subject to the terms applicable at the time of their opt-in.
Each Game available on the i918kiss platform is governed by its own specific rules provided by the relevant game software provider. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of any Game before wagering. In the event of a conflict between a Game's specific rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail except in relation to the specific mechanics and payout structures of the Game itself.
In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, communication failure, or any other technical fault that interrupts a Game or produces an erroneous result, i918kiss reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager to the Player's Wallet. i918kiss does not accept liability for any loss, inconvenience, or claim arising from a Game malfunction.

Players must not engage in any of the following activities on the i918kiss platform:
Violation of any prohibited conduct provision entitles i918kiss to immediately suspend or terminate the offending Account, void all pending wagers and withdrawals, forfeit all Wallet balances where the law permits, and take legal action where appropriate.
All content on the i918kiss platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, game interfaces, audio, video, and the overall design and structure of the platform, is the intellectual property of i918kiss or its licensed third-party game providers. Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for the purpose of engaging in lawful personal gaming activity.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, i918kiss shall not be liable to any Player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages arising from or related to the use of the platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings due to technical malfunction; inability to access the platform due to network or infrastructure issues; loss of data; or decisions made by the Player in reliance on information displayed on the platform.
i918kiss's aggregate liability to any individual Player in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
The i918kiss platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. i918kiss does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
i918kiss reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any reason including but not limited to violation of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, regulatory requirements, or commercial decisions. Where an Account is terminated other than for cause, any confirmed Real Money Balance will be returned to the Player via the withdrawal method on file.
Players may request Account closure at any time by contacting i918kiss customer support through the live chat facility. Upon Account closure, any remaining Real Money Balance (net of applicable fees) will be processed for withdrawal within the standard processing timeframe, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
Players who wish to restrict or cease their gaming activity may apply for self-exclusion through the Responsible Gaming section of the i918kiss account settings. Self-exclusion periods range from a temporary cooling-off period to permanent exclusion. Amendments take effect upon publication at i918kiss.co/terms-conditions. Continued use of the platform following publication of any amendment constitutes the Player's acceptance of the revised Terms. Players who do not accept any revised Terms must cease using the platform and may request Account closure.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming and e-commerce regulatory frameworks. Any dispute arising from these Terms that cannot be resolved through the internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to binding arbitration under internationally recognised arbitration rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in English.
These Terms do not affect any statutory rights that may be applicable to Players in their jurisdiction of residence that cannot be excluded by contract.
